Contact Play Smash or Pass

Need help with a game, a privacy request, a rights issue, or an idea for the site? One inbox covers it all: support@playsmashorpass.com.

Primary contact

The best way to reach the team behind playsmashorpass.com is email:

support@playsmashorpass.com

Website: playsmashorpass.com

There is no phone line and no live chat on the free games. Email gives us a clear written record for bug reports, privacy requests, and legal notices.

What you can write about

Player support

Broken images, stuck rounds, incorrect character names, mobile display issues, or results that will not appear. Include the page link, your device or browser, and what you expected to happen.

Content corrections

A character who should not be in a list, a duplicate entry, the wrong series name, or similar mistakes. A screenshot and the character name help us fix it faster.

Privacy & data

Access, deletion, or other privacy requests under applicable law. Use the subject line “Privacy Request” and review our Privacy Policy first.

Rights holders

Copyright, trademark, or publicity concerns about artwork or names on the site. Include the page link, a description of the material, and proof you are authorized to act. See also our Terms of Use.

Partnerships & press

Collaboration ideas, featuring the site, or media questions. Tell us who you are, what you are proposing, and any deadlines.

Ideas & feedback

New franchise requests, custom-game ideas, accessibility improvements, or ranking features you want next. We cannot build everything, but we read the inbox when deciding what to work on.

How to get a faster reply

A short, complete message is easier to help with than a vague one. Please include:

  1. A clear subject. Examples: “Bug — Genshin round won’t advance on iPhone Safari”, “Privacy Request”, “Takedown — character image on Anime Smash or Pass”.
  2. The exact page link. Homepage, themed game, or information page.
  3. What went wrong for bugs: what you tapped, what appeared, what should have appeared.
  4. Device basics. Phone or computer, browser name, and operating system if you know it.
  5. Attachments when useful. Screenshots, a short screen recording, or a list of character names—avoid sending sensitive personal data you do not need to share.

If your request is time-sensitive (for example an active legal deadline), say so in the first sentence and include the date.

Response times

  • General support and feedback: usually within 2–5 business days.
  • Privacy requests: we acknowledge as soon as practical and complete verified requests within the timeline required by applicable law.
  • Rights-holder notices: prioritized once the notice includes the details listed in the Terms.

Busy periods after a new game launch can slow replies. If you have not heard back after a week, send one polite follow-up with the original subject line—extra copies of the same message slow us down.

What we cannot do over email

  • Provide official statements on behalf of anime, game, or toy companies we do not represent
  • Recover a “lost Smash Rate” from a closed browser tab with no share image saved
  • Change community percentages because you disagree with the crowd
  • Offer legal advice, jobs, or customer support for third-party franchises
  • Guarantee that every franchise request will become a live game

For a general overview of the site, start with About and the on-site FAQ sections.

Safety and reporting

If you spot content that appears to involve minors in an inappropriate context, harassment targeting a real person, malware links, or another urgent safety issue, email support@playsmashorpass.com with the subject “Safety Report” and the page link. We treat these reports as high priority.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first—email is not an emergency hotline.
